If the order is confirmed by the operators of the online store before 19:00 of the current day, delivery is carried out the next day after placing the order if the goods are in stock in Almaty.

We offer several delivery time intervals to choose from.

Available delivery intervals for addressees within the city of Almaty:

Delivery to other regions of Kazakhstan:

1. Please check the correctness of the specified delivery address. Changes to the address and delivery date can be made no later than the delivery date.

2. Delivery of the goods is carried out in the presence of access roads to the immediate place of unloading. If there are entry restrictions at the delivery address of the goods (a pass system or a paid entry), the recipient must ensure free passage of the delivery crew car to the place of unloading. Otherwise, delivery is possible only to the place of paid or restricted entry. We do not deliver goods to airports, train stations, metro stations, transport companies, markets, garages, etc.

3. The delivery service staff will wait for the recipient at the delivery address of the goods within 20 minutes (if possible, notifying the recipient by phone of arrival). If it is impossible to deliver the order, the goods will be returned to the warehouse.

Limitations

We will not be able to transfer the goods to you if:

1. The address was incorrectly specified when placing the order;

2. You were absent from the place at the stated delivery interval;

3. Delivery of goods purchased by transferring funds by a legal entity is carried out after receiving a scanned copy of the power of attorney. The authorized representative of the company upon receipt of the goods is obliged to provide the original power of attorney to receive the goods.
